Where we ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.
Shipping Courier
We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Fee
The shipping fee for your order will depend on the size of the items being purchased. To determine the shipping fee, we refer to the rates suggested by our chosen courier. Please note that the shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you confirm your purchase.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders of over £50. If your order meets this criteria, the shipping fee will be automatically waived during the checkout page.
Order Processing Time
Orders are roasted fresh and dispatched within 10–20 business days of your order being placed from Hong Kong to UK. Orders placed on weekends, HK or UK bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
Estimated Shipping Time
Delivery times are estimated and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas or bank holidays.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel will be held at your local depot or post office for collection. Uncollected parcels returned to us will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at charlie@omacoffeeroaster.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
Coffee Items
In the case of any coffee items that are not currently available, we will include them in our next roasting schedule. These items shall be roasted on either Monday or Tuesday and will be sent out within 2 working days afterwards. We want to ensure that you receive the freshest coffee possible.
