Where we ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing time
Orders are roasted fresh and dispatched within 10–20 business days of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping (10–20 business days): £4.99
• Free standard shipping on orders over £50

Delivery times
Delivery times are estimated and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas or bank holidays.

Shipping carrier
We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Failed deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel will be held at your local depot or post office for collection. Uncollected parcels returned to us will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at charlie@omacoffeeroaster.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
